Staff were extremely helpful and kind, very professional. They did offer valet parking at the hotel for a fee, which if you're driving would be highly suggested due to the lack of public parking that's not time restrictive. Very close to the peer, which makes a great night walk, in the centre of some gorgeous restaurants and a really great ice cream shop. While it is waterfront, it's a short walk to the beach, so it's in an overall fantastic location. Offers great facilities for guests, the pool is slightly warmed, and the family games room has some really great options - my family spent both nights after adventure all day using the facilities. The rooms are very standard for a hotel and great if you're planning on being out all day. The beds are very comfortable, and the pillows are soft.

I feel the self parking fee is not value as it's off site and expensive, this adds a considerable amount to my stay. (Won't even tell you what i think about the cost of valet parking). I usually park in the street. Shorter walk than the hotel carpark. We have stayed many time as I have a very close friend moved to retirement village in Geelong, and I regularly come visit her. Every time we stay we have buffet breakfast. It's just lovely. Last week we stayed at The Novatel Melbourne, not as good as Geelong in many ways. Looking forward to next time. Thankyou

Teresa

Location great for walking along the foreshore and jetties. Our room was very comfortable and clean the domestic staff were very friendly. The restaurant - Tempo was very handy for dinner and the waitresses were extremely attentive, friendly and a delight to have serve our dinner. The day of checking out we met the Novotel manager in the lift, lovely gentleman friendly and welcoming.

Robyn
